Upson-Lee Elementary School serves scholars in grades 3-5 in a grade center environment. A well-organized and dedicated teaching staff is supported by administrators and instructional coaches. Educators monitor all scholars to ensure that their learning is progressing on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. Common planning times allow teachers to discuss strategies across subjects, compare best practices, and target problems quickly and effectively.

In addition to the core academic courses, scholars receive instruction in music, art, and physical education. A Challenge program is available for accelerated learners.
