6th Grade Preview Night

The ACTION genre is close on Drama's high heels...they reached 80 referral-free days and dressed up on Friday, April 4th. Coach Barber (Fat Thor) is so proud of his squad for reaching this incentive: Congratulations to Mrs. Strange, Mrs. Franklin, Mrs. Bunn, Mrs. Channin, Mrs. Horn, Miss Carlisle, and Mrs. Blackmon!

Happy National Assistant Principal's Week
At Upson-Lee Elementary, we are so fortunate to have two incredible leaders who go above and beyond every single day. Mr. Clarke and Mrs. Ellington, your dedication, compassion, and steady leadership make a lasting impact on our students, staff, and school community. Thank you for all the ways you support, uplift, and inspire. ULES is stronger because of you!

đź’śđź’śWe are family. So when one does well we all do well. Give this group of phenomenal athletes a hand for their hard work on the Fit GA fitness test. These students met one of these three 3 categories: over 60 curl ups (sit ups), 20 push ups boys/15 push ups girls, or over 50 on the pacer test for boys/ over 40 on the pacer test for girls. When we said UL is loaded, we mean LOADED with talent. We have 200 athletes who made the wall of champions. UL produces winners in the classroom, on the court, or in the field, but most of all in life. Parents Thank You! Together we are 1 Unit. đź’śđź’ś

Presenting the Citizenship Award Recipients for the 3rd Nine Weeks

Can we get two claps and a Rick Flair (Woooooo!) for these rising stars? Upson-Lee has been, is, and always will be a powerhouse of athletic talent. The Triple Crown is obtained by doing over 15 pushups (girls) 20 pushups (boys), over 60 sit ups, and on the 20m pacer test (roughly the length of a basketball court) over 40 for girls and 50 for the boys. We have just completed the Spring GA Fit test, and these young athletes shined bright and truly embodied what it means to be an Upson-Lee Knight.
Upson-Lee is truly one of the best in the state when it comes to producing not only outstanding athletes, but even better people. Thank you, parents, for pushing your kids to be the best in everything they do! Go UL đź’śđź–¤
