Our fundraiser is officially off and running!
We have already raised $60 (online) towards our $1,000.00 goal!
Every student should register for the fundraiser! https://register.dominos.cards/44567 Once you register you will get your own personal link to share with friends and family. You will also be able to pick your child’s prize and the prizes go all the way up to $600 cash!

Also, once you register you will have a chance to earn a $50 Amazon card! The registered student with the most cards sold by 9/3/24 at 11:59 p.m. EST will win a $50 Amazon gift card (when our school sells at least 100 cards online).

Our 1st Fun Friday is Friday, August 30th. Everyone can participate in this Fun Friday. Prices range from .25-1.25. Please make sure students bring their money in a Ziploc bag in order to keep up with it.

We want to thank Hannah Dunnahoo for donating her time and talents to paint this beautiful picture of our school. It looks amazing in our newly decorated lobby. We also want to thank West Central Georgia Bank and Colony Bank for donating umbrellas for our staff to use during dismissal. 💜💜💜

Mrs. Lonecke’s 4th Grade Challenge class is mastering the art of drone piloting. They are successfully executing complex missions and meticulously documenting their progress in a detailed flight log. ✈️

Upson- Lee Elementary kicked off its year with a PBIS Pep Rally! The theme this year is Lights, Camera, Learn! During the pep rally, students met the directors. Each director represents a genre. Mrs. Dunn- Animation, Ms. Busbee-Adventure, Mrs. Salter-Drama, Coach English- Fantasy, Mr. Witte- Comedy, and Coach Barber- Action. Mrs. Dunn, PBIS Coach, revealed to students and teachers the team each teacher would be competing with to earn an Academy Award (extra fun incentives). Each director presented their teammates a memento that correlated with their genre for their class during the pep rally. Students were reminded to be READY, RESPONSIBLE, and RESPECTFUL at school to reach fun and rewarding milestones during the school year! The PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) Team will be updating parents and students throughout the year of these fun incentives and sharing updated pictures as they meet each one! Keep checking in on our school Facebook page to see whose team will be the first blockbuster. Good Luck, students and get your READY, RESPONSIBLE and RESPECTFUL acting on!
Good evening parents,
Tomorrow Monday, August 5th will be a normal drop off or bus ride for all students. You will not be allowed to walk your children to their classes. We will take great care of them as we are ready to begin our normal routines.
