Georgia’s Mobile Dairy Classroom came to visit ULES. Our students learned about: how much milk cows produce in a day, how they are milked, different dairy products and the importance of eating three servings of dairy a day. The cows name is Maggie and she's very moooody 🐮

Dear Parents, We are excited to announce our upcoming Character Parade tomorrow! Book Character Parade Guidelines- Students may come to school dressed as a character from a book. Please bring the book to hold while walking in the parade. If the book is not available, the student can create a book cover that has the title and author. Costume Guidelines- Students are encouraged not to spend money on costumes, but be “imaginative” in their creativity. Students are encouraged to wear school clothes under their costumes. No weapons allowed. The costumes should be in compliance with the dress code. No masks, scary makeup or blood. Students cannot wear the inflatable suits that cover their face. The emphasis is on “books” not “Halloween.” Any student that is not in compliance with the guidelines will not be allowed to participate. As part of our celebration, we want to share that there will be no candy distribution during the event. This event will be for students, faculty and staff only. We will livestream this event on social media.
